Privacy Policy

We collect name, email address, phone number, country or region, inquiry type, message, and any optional company name or postal code submitted through our inquiry forms. We may also record the submission path, language, attribution data, and receipt time.

We use this information to review inquiries, provide consultation, quotations and installation guidance, answer customer requests, and send KGOLF marketing communications where the customer has consented.

Inquiry records are retained for three years after the latest customer inquiry or our first direct response to that inquiry, then deleted or anonymized without undue delay. Records may be retained longer when required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute.

Netlify, Inc. (United States) receives access metadata and encrypted HTTPS requests to host the site and run server APIs. KGOLF does not use Netlify as a separate inquiry ledger; operational logs follow KGOLF's account settings and the Netlify agreement.

Google LLC (United States; Firestore storage location: Seoul, South Korea, asia-northeast3) receives the submitted contact fields, path data, and consent evidence over HTTPS to provide Firebase/Firestore storage and Google Workspace/Gmail business email. KGOLF deletes inquiry records after the stated three-year period; Google contractually completes deletion of customer-deleted data within up to 180 days.

Formspree, Inc. (United States) receives the same inquiry fields and consent evidence over HTTPS to store submissions and notify administrators. KGOLF deletes submissions within the stated three-year period; the available history is also limited by the KGOLF Formspree plan and settings (30 days on the free plan).

Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend, United States) receives recipient addresses, names, message content, and delivery metadata over HTTPS only when an administrator sends a direct reply or transactional notice. KGOLF requests deletion within the stated three-year period, and Resend deletes customer data within 90 days after account termination.

OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States) receives inquiry text and contact details needed for a response only when an administrator explicitly runs an AI analysis. API inputs and outputs are retained for up to 30 days under the default setting and are not used to train models.

You may refuse marketing communications and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. Consultation may be limited if information required to process an inquiry is not provided.
