Data collected: name, email address, phone number, country, company name (if provided), postal code (if provided), inquiry type, message, pseudonymous visitor session identifier, submission page, first landing page, last visited path, referrer, UTM and attribution data, display language, and server receipt time. Purpose: to review and respond to product, business, installation, and partnership inquiries, connect duplicate inquiries, and verify the submission path. Retention: three years from the later of the customer’s last inquiry or KGOLF’s first direct response to that inquiry. You may refuse the required consent, but KGOLF cannot accept the inquiry without it.
